At Faith Boutique, we are committed to providing high-quality Fajas Colombianas that help you feel confident and comfortable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges or store credit only within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with tags attached).
- No stains, odors, or damages—items must be in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate an Exchange

- Ship Your Item: Once approved, send your item to 3701 Washington Blvd, South Ogden, Utah, 84403 (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Receive Store Credit or Exchange: Once inspected, we will issue store credit or process the exchange.
Final Sale Items
- Clearance, discounted, or custom items cannot be exchanged.
- Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 20 days of delivery, and we will make it right at no additional cost.
